In this beginning decade of the 21st century, having closed the 2nd millennium, we are entering the dawn of the 3rd millennium and are likewise rapidly advancing toward the Last Days of the that era known as the Times of the Gentile Nations. Two things in today’s world stand out amongst all the misconceptions that plague our society. One, the Western nations possess an astonishing ignorance of the ages old Arab-Israeli conflict, and even more astounding is the absurdly naive thinking that the church has towards the religion of Islam, and its relationship to the nation of Israel.
Islam is the third great monotheistic religion to arise out of the common stock of Hebrew scripture. However, Islam is the exact antithesis of Biblical Christianity. Each of the three great monotheistic religions views itself as the great redemptive epicenter of universal history.
Christianity advocates love and compassion toward one's neighbor, even if he is an enemy, while Islam dictates that its pagan neighbor is an infidel who must submit to Allah, or be killed.
The Quran depicts the Jews as not having received the divine covenant from God, or even as having lost it through their many backslidings. The Jewish scriptures of the Torah are likewise viewed as being corrupted and not representative of the original revelations of Moses and the prophets, which were supposedly corrected and restored by Mohammed.
Mohammed, not only wrote the Quran, but also is viewed by Muslims as being the last prophet from God, setting a seal upon prophecy, and completing the line of prophets of the Jewish and Christian tradition. He is viewed as being the one who renewed the simple monotheistic faith of Abraham, which Israel corrupted.
Imagine this: Is Mohammed the last true prophet? The Quran, in terms of Muslim territories, is esteemed as being the inerrant and the precise word of God as given through His last prophet, "Mohammed" in order to correct the Jewish errors. Ironically, the Holy Bible is the only "religious" book worldwide under that is under an assault because of the errors supposedly contained within it. Satan hates the Truth, and he continually calls the real truth into question. There is only one true word of God, and the Quran and the Bible are not in agreement.
The term "Islam" means submission. Adherents to the religion of Islam are commanded to submit to the teachings of Allah, and the unwillingness to do so is an open invitation to subject oneself to involuntary submission by the means of military conquest. Most Christians probably think that "Allah" is merely an Arabic term for the God of the Bible, the God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and Joseph. Conversely such is not the case.
Allah was the name of an ancient Chaldean God, which was known as the Moon God. Allah was in fact the male counterpart to the female Goddess worshipped in ancient Babylon. She was represented by the Sun. Her name was Ishtar, from which, we get our English word "Easter".
As the Moon God, Allah was symbolized by the crescent shaped moon. Today, the Arabic-Islamic nations portray this very symbol on their national flags, usually in conjunction with a sword. The intent of the flag symbolism is that all nations should submit to Allah or face the sword of Allah.
Islamic devotees, of course bow down in the direction of Mecca, Saudi Arabia, where the famous Kabah Stone is situated. The Kabah Stone is reputed to be a holy stone brought down to earth by a God. Muslims in Jerusalem actually turn their backs away from the ancient Temple of Jehovah, the God of Israel, and pray to this God known as Allah. This practice is religiously intended to be an insult to the God of Israel.
Islam is the only post-Christian religion to acquire world influence. Today, there are over one billion followers of Allah and his last prophet, Mohammed. Islam is in fact the fastest growing religion in the entire world. When you stop to consider that there are also one billion adherents of Roman Catholicism in the world; the sum totals of those two religious systems amount to 1/3 of all the peoples on the earth, and neither religion is even remotely reflective of Biblical Truth.
It may be surprising to know that the Quran is the most studied, most memorized, and the most respected religious book in the world today, far surpassing the public interest in the Holy Bible. The religion of Islam commands that the nation of Israel be destroyed because of its stubborn refusal of Allah, and also because of it’s distorting the message of Allah. When the Muslims conquered Jerusalem in 638 AD, the old temple site of Israel was cleared away to make way for a structure to be constructed to commemorate the mythical ascension of Mohammed into Heaven. The Dome of the Rock, which presently occupies the top of Mt. Moriah was to be the crowning achievement, commemorating the reality of Allah supplanting the God of Israel. It was also to symbolize the fulfillment of a rebuilt temple, to the true and only God, Allah, even surpassing the magnificence of the Holy Sepulchre built by the Roman Catholic Church in Jerusalem.
Islam, of course remembers a previous attempt by a western religion to claim Jerusalem as its own. The Crusades, and the cross that its soldiers fought under represent an affront to the religion of Islam. Therefore, from an Islamic point of view, the rebirth of the modern state of Israel is seen as a new effort by the Pagan west to use the Christian Bible, or the Torah of Judaism, to lay claim to Palestine and to the city of Jerusalem in a new type of Crusade.
It is Allah that commands Muslims to despise the Nation of Israel. Since Islam was born in the region of the Middle East, and also claims the promises of Abraham though Ishmael, the Quran instructs its disciples to dispossess all the land of infidel rejecters of Islam. Dar el-Islam is the concept within Islam that teaches that all territory once conquered in Allah's name must be ultimately restored to the House of Islam. The rest of the pagan world yet to be exposed, or to submit to Islam is called Dar el-Harb; or lands outside the conquered House of Islam.
Muslim warriors of Allah are assured immediate entry into Paradise when they perform heroic acts of martyrdom to help restore lost lands to the Dar el-Islam. Islam only assures its followers entry into Heaven after extraordinary deeds. When Muslim suicide bombers and terrorists squads commit an act of terror in Israel, they shout out the phrase "Allahu Akbar" prior to their acts of violence. This statement of "Allahu Akbar" means, "Allah is greater than Jehovah. This ridiculous scream is in reality a demonic shriek claiming superiority on behalf of the real maniacal entity behind the scene, "Lucifer".
The religion of fanatical Islamic fundamentalism is driven by hordes of demon-angels commanded by none other than the old dragon himself. There are regular and persistent chants laced with insightful rhetoric daily from the Muslim mosques and minarets calling for the extermination of Israel, and recruiting more and more fanatical warriors for the purpose of killing innocent women, children, and babies inside Israel.
The Mosque of Omar, or the Dome of the Rock which occupies the prominent position atop Mount Moriah in the old city of Jerusalem is a constant reminder to all Muslims that Islam is superior to the religion of Judaism, because it is literally built over the remains of the old Jewish Temples; thereby reflecting that the God that once dwelt there is displeased with the infidel race of Jews.
Many Muslims are only too quick to point out the fact that Jesus himself announced that the Jewish Temple was slated for destruction. Often they relate that this fact personifies that even the author of Christianity was a despiser of Israel. So then. Israel is today caught between the grips of the Western powers and its religion of Christianity and the religious nationalistic fervor of Islam in the East; each demanding that the city of Jerusalem be disallowed to Israel, and be incorporated into an arrangement more suited for international religious-political designs.
Both powers of the East and the West are each driven by anti-Semitism. The west is consumed with its materialistic Humanism, while the Middle East is driven by the demonic religion of Islam. These conditions coupled with the Catholic doctrine of Dominion Theology exhibit the religious symptoms necessary for events that typify the scenario for Armageddon.
In regions where Islam holds the reigns of power, Christians endure constant heavy persecution without mercy, and can never expect the attitude of tolerance extended to the religion of Islam in western nations. Islam is growing at an astounding rate in western countries, 1.2 times faster than the evangelical rate for Christianity.
Whether the United States recognizes it or not; ever since Israel's rebirth in 1949, it has been acting as a great buffer, or restraining influence against fanatical Islamic exportation of terror. By coercing Israel to relinquish more and more territory to Arab nations, the so-called leaders of the United States are helping to dig the grave which Islam plans to bury Israel, but at the same time, are also laying the bridge to the Islamic hopes of burying Christianity in the western world as well.
These same United States leaders, ever pre-occupied with an all consuming passion for wealth and an ever expanding economy are literally arming those very nations that aspire and pray to Allah for Israel’s destruction foremost, and then subsequently the submission of the great Satan itself, Christianity, and mainly its constituency in America.
The Muslim nations utilize the vast reserves of oil revenues that it receives and invests it in the very best militaristic hardware that the USA can supply. America, the nation referred to in satanic terms by these countries, actually sells its most sophisticated weaponry to these hate-filled customers. Only upon the nation of Israel is more virulent Arab Islam verbal venom vented than on the United States. Why?
It is because of the Devil's hatred of the faithful Christians within the shores of providential blessing inside of the United States. If Satan could eliminate the empathy that is implanted within the Judeo-Christian heritage; he could more easily destroy that tiny speck of a nation called Israel. Remember, Revelation, chapter 12 portrays Satan, the great red dragon, as pursuing the woman (Israel) to accomplish her total destruction.
Why did Jehovah choose Israel in the first place? Why not some other people? Deuteronomy 7:7 sates: "The Lord did not set his love upon you, nor choose you because ye were more in number than any other people; for ye were the fewest of all people." Jehovah, the God of Israel has preserved a small remnant of Israel to be His special miracle in the world simply because they were the least, the smallest. God often takes the teeniest things to work his wonders, which absolutely exasperates, or confounds the world and the schemes of Lucifer!
The USA exports pornography into Arab cultures, along with our rock music, drugs, perverse entertainment, and non-ethical and immoral lifestyles. The more hard-core fundamentalist Islamic countries, however, make attempts to reject these imports.
Islamic countries are extremely faithful to their religious fundamentals. Muslim countries are based on the teachings of the Quran, and the reason for the rapid rise in Islamic fundamentalism is because of the perceived decadence in the western countries. Today’s western societies have little moralistic underpinning remaining, and this fact is an affront to the religiously strict Muslim nations, and sadly gives the Muslim mindset sufficient cause to refer to Christianity as a dead religion. And, they would be right because of the dissolution of Biblical Christianity as the basis of Western law and western culture.
When one stops to consider the daily routine of the Islamic faithful halting all other activities twice daily to bow down on their knees and pray to the Moon God Allah, it should arise that the Muslim is seemingly much more devoted to his God than today’s lazy Christians are to the one and only true God of the BIBLE. Why aren’t Christians as disciplined as the Muslims?
The Arabs tell the American leaders: if it were not for you Americans, and your decadent culture, and your ungrounded help to Israel, we all could find peace and harmony in the Middle East. American Christians need to comprehend this fact. The only thing that stands between fanatical Islam and the wild random terrorism that it exports from the likelihood of that more of that type of activity being unleashed upon America is the minute little state of Israel and the staying hand of judgment by God almighty! And too, that Israel only presently exists because Jehovah, the God of Israel, and with American Christian support has enabled Israel to be brought back from the Gentile nations of the world, and planted firmly in the exact spot that God said he would plant them in the last days; right smack on the front doorstep of twenty-five of the most demonic Islamic nations on the face of the earth! The Middle East is by far the world's deadliest neighborhood: it is a region which has spent over one trillion dollars of its oil income on an ever increasing storehouse of mass destructive type weaponry, since the Persian Gulf War of 1991.
The market for weapons in the Middle East, oddly enough belongs primarily to the United States. Today, over 90% of the military systems sold in the region were sold by the USA. The dramatic success of the video-war in the gulf resulted in the negation of Russian abilities to compete for the enormous market demand of the Arab thirst for weapons with which to destroy Israel.
At the same time, it is the United States that is leading the cause of Peace in the Middle East. While America talks peace on behalf of some new world order think tanks, our military industry along with government input, labors to constantly re-supply the lucrative business of Middle East weapons customers. In effect the United States and the West are insuring that there will be future warfare in the Middle East. Israel, which is supposed to be our lone ally in the region is often backed into fighting defensive wars by our own greed.
There is arguably no other people or ethnic group in the world quite so pitiless as the Arab peoples. It is often asked, "does God hate the Palestinian people and love only the Jews". And just what is it that fuels this flame of barbarism and hatred for Israel? The simple answer is their religion of Islam.
The propensity for Muslim fanatic cruelty and its objectives is as old as the Arab heritage itself. In the book of Genesis chapter 16:11-12 we find some words of insight: "And the angel of the Lord said unto her, Behold, thou art with child, and shalt bear a son, and shalt call his name Ishmael, because the Lord hath heard thy affliction. And he will be a wild man; his hand will be against every man, and every man's hand against him, and he shall dwell in the spot of his brethren." His brethren of course is the nation of Israel, and Ishmael's sons now encircle his brother, but Ishmael is still a wild man.
Christians who believe that the Muslim wants to make real peace with Israel, and not instigate war simply are naive to the lessons of Biblical history. The motivation to destroy Israel has dramatically increased among Muslim nations in relation with Arabic submission to Allah. Allah's honor is at stake in the confrontation with Israel, and the only means to have that honor restored and for the religion of Islam to be exonerated is by the total extinction of the Zionist state of Israel which lies within the geographic bounds of an Islamic empire.
For this reason, Muslim Caliph's and Mufti's send out the command from Allah, calling upon all Islamic adherents to carry out Holy Jihad against Israel. The great powerful rallying cry for fundamental Muslims is "Al Quds"; Al Quds; or Jerusalem, Jerusalem; until Jerusalem has become Allah's.
Yasser Arafat has succeeded in convincing, or so it seems, the entire world that peace is possible only if Israel will concede back land to the displaced refugees of Palestine. Yet, he makes absolutely clear that the city of Jerusalem must be also be conceded to be the capitol of the new state of Palestine. Allah dictates through the Quran that Muslims must struggle every ten-year period to liberate lost lands. This makes the city of Jerusalem appear to be a ticking time bomb, since it is the objective of both east and west. Jerusalem is an immovable stone. Satan has enlisted a multitude of powers and religions to effectively remove that stone from God!
As the so called Final Status talks plunge ahead in an attempt by the forces of this world to determine its desire for the city of Jerusalem, the whole world waits for a coming clash over the Holy City. Some see it as the end of time, while some see it as a decisive battle between the forces of Islam and the West. In reality, it is a battle, a supernatural spiritual battle, an attempt by the forces of Satan to unseat God ( Jehovah ) from the city where He chose to establish His rule upon earth. It is Jesus, who is coming to reign in the city of Jerusalem, not Mohammed or Allah!
The sooner that the United States and the Church recognizes that fact, the more likely it would become that the United States would find itself under blessing through the course of that cosmic conflict; but while failing to be reconciled to the fact that Jesus is the Lord of Jerusalem will only result in the demise of the United States.
God covenanted to give the land of Canaan to Abraham, and through Abraham's son Isaac, and then to his descendants forever ( Gen: 13:15; 12:1-7; 13:14-17 and 15:7, 18-21). The Muslim religion combined with the Gentile nations, are seeking to deprive Israel of its God-ordained inheritance. God is still the rightful owner of this land today, as he is all lands; but the land under scrutiny in Palestine today has been granted to Israel for possession by the owner.
Ishmael, was also a son of Abraham, but God’s covenant with Ishmael is mentioned in Genesis 17 verses 19-21 and he was granted princedom over other lands. In the area of the Middle East, the descendants of Ishmael have inherited far more land, and far more natural resources than Israel, but it has been largely monopolized by special interests (oil). Is it not odd that the average Arab native lives in absolute poverty, yet his land holds the gold of modern technology, oil?
The nations of Islam hold sway over 99% of the land of the Middle East, and still yet they desire to have the tiny speck God left to Israel, and for what reason? Does it hold the key to their economic success? No, far from it. The only reason the Arabs want it is because the God of Islam demands it and incites their religious passions to acquire it for his own throne; or, better yet to specifically deny it to the God of Israel just as the great religion of the west demands it for the God of Catholicism.
Certainly, the one God of Truth will ensure that Allah will never reign in Jerusalem, for Allah is a false god!
