Obama: In Praise of Islam
Our national leader, President Barack Hussein Obama, has once again, praised the Muslims of the world for their having "advanced justice, progress, tolerance and the dignity of all human beings." Recently, at a dinner celebrating the Islamic holy month of Ramadan, he stated, "The contribution of Muslims to the United States are too long to catalog because Muslims are so inter woven into the fabric of our communities and our country."
Really? With a population of Muslims in America at less than 2%, just exactly HOW have they managed so much and to become so interwoven into our society? How did they advance justice? Progress? Tolerance? And, especially the dignity of all humanity? Yes, they have effected all our lives in ways incalculable since 9/11 with their terrorism of this nation. In a 1990 survey, there were only 0.8% Muslims in America or about 2M out of 249M. Today, that population has grown to just over 5M out of 293M or over 250% increase in 20 years! Much of that increase has been since 9/11 because of our administration’s lethargy in following the existing rules of controlling immigration for this country!
The influence of the Muslim upon American society is anything but praiseworthy. Because of the actions of their zealotry, Muslims have caused many new laws to be effected in an attempt to control their acts which have resulted in trampling our Constitution and the Bill of Rights. They have given impetus to those partisan factions in our nation’s government to build upon the fear generated by 9/11 in creating legislation which is leading to a more centralized government and the election of a self-styled socialist as its president. Personal freedoms enjoyed by generations past and guaranteed as rights are being replaced by control measures ostensibly to control the Muslim infiltration and prevent additional terrorism against our nation. What this government fails to recognize is the fact that all Muslims are potential terrorists simply because they are compelled by their beliefs to follow the teachings of Muhammad, who himself was one of the world’s worst terrorists. For Islam, there is no "moderate" believer; either they follow Islam or they do not. Islam teaches destruction to all who do not follow it because it’s only goal is complete world domination. Period.
Justice in Islam is unlike anything we in America are familiar with and is administered by a panel of "Holy Men" who use the law of Sharia as their guide covering both criminal and civil law. It originated with the sayings of Muhammad as recorded in the Quran and the oral interpretations of what he said by a series of imams over the centuries since his death along with the Sunnah, the living example of Muhammad’s life. To define this, the Quran dictates punishment according to the crime: thievery will mean the loss of the left hand for the first offense and the right hand for the second offense; adultery (for the woman) means death by stoning and a slap on the wrist for a man; conversion to another belief other than Islam is cause for death by beheading; most of all, the infidel shall be put to death whenever possible whether guilty of a crime or not. These are but an infinitesimal number of examples of their "justice."
Yes, they have made tremendous progress in their goal of world domination, especially in the third-world countries such as those in Indonesia and Africa where roving bands of hoodlums and thugs raid villages, rape and murder the inhabitants and force the remainder into Islam. They are merely following the "example of Muhammad’s life" in their efforts to proselytize people into Islam.
There are many examples of Muslim tolerance shown to us in the last few years by the strict adherence to the Sharia for women about how they behave at home and in public and how they dress. Those who choose to ignore the dress code are beaten by their husband with a cane, arrested and given lashes, and threatened by death. They have shown how much tolerance they have for a child who decides to leave Islam and join another belief by threatening death if they do not return and are whipped if they do. Even in Jerusalem, their mosque called the Dome of the Rock does not allow any infidel (specifically, any non-Muslim) to go beyond the entry door. Even though the Jews and Christians alike believe the rock upon which the Dome is placed is a holy site for their faiths, they are not allowed to visit. Their tolerance for other "religions" is renowned for its non-existence since Muslims are commanded by the Quran kill those who refuse to accept Islam.
Islam was praised by Obama for having advanced the "dignity of all human beings." How he had decided this is unknown since, as has been noted here, their belief in human dignity as applied to all infidels does not exist. Even among themselves, the fanaticism of Islam reduces human dignity to a function of their obedience to Allah and to the teachings of Muhammad. Our president is sadly, simply a fool; ignorant of the true American way of life and the foundational beliefs upon which it was founded: a nation under God. He is a puppet controlled by a few who stand in the shadows of world socio-economic-political power doing their bidding at their direction.
